6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Isk-Holding ApS, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from or related to:

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Isk-Holding ApS for all claims arising from or related to your use of this website or our services exceed the amount you have paid to Isk-Holding ApS, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. If you have not made any payment, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed 500 Danish Kroner (DKK 500).

11. Dispute Resolution
