No. Beginner programs such as Stretching Foundations and Daily Mobility Routine explain the fundamentals step by step. These courses are specifically designed for individuals with no prior stretching background. The Advanced Mobility Practice program is better suited for participants who have completed a foundational course or have equivalent experience.

Programs usually range from four to ten weeks depending on the selected course. The Daily Mobility Routine and Workplace Stretching Education courses run for 4 weeks, while the Stretching Foundations and Posture & Movement Awareness programs are 6 weeks. The Flexibility Development Program spans 8 weeks, and the Advanced Mobility Practice runs for 10 weeks.
